Happy new year everyone! wonder if anyone has got some serious proper answers about my dilema I really fancy this guy at work, everytime I see him I feel uplifted and I love the way around his eyes crinkle when he smiles or laughs, I love the way he always manages to cheer me up and I love his way of thinking no matter how weird or freaky it is. I've dropped subtle hints but he doesn't seem to notice I like him, is he just not recognising the signs or does he not like me????

talk to him, bat your eyes, look down then up
touch him on his arm or chest briefly when you are talking
ask him on a date, try this: "hey, wanna get a cup of coffee after work?, a drink?"
no big deal just chillin after work

Some people are down right pleasant and they give of the impression that they are interested in you when all along it's their nature or personality. Try seeing how he reacts to others and if they are the same then you'll know.
If you have a feeling for him, then tell him that he makes the workplace a pleasant place to come to each morning. Ask him if he's always like this and that it would be nice if we could spend time away from work.

Well at this point we may not know whether he is interested or not. You should give him some time to know it for sure. But it seems that he is not totally prepared for it cause he may know too little about you. Just try to be known by him more so that you will know his responses after that. You should be your self and you shouldn't try any thing foolish just to make him impressed.

can't you see if he's interested in you? i mean you can feel it more or less right? like the way he looks at you..stares into your eyes..cheers you up? certain gestures like these can easily tell if he's into you or not..if you've made hints which are obvious enough..and he still won't budge..then you know what that means and it's time for you to move on..don't allow yourself to wallow deeper..

depends what the hints were. maybe he doesn't get it. just be friendly and be yourself. smile at him, ask him questions, show an interest in what he says.
maybe you could suggest grabbing a cuppa on your break together.
