Depending on the quality, I'd say10-15 years if kept in a sealed bottle.
I've had opened bottles that were older than that and, while it didn't seem to hurt me, didn't taste quite right.
If you have the space, no reason not to keep it for next years Egg Nog.

Probably forever. As long as there's still alcohol inside, then nothing should be able to breed inside. The only way that would happen is if you left the lid off for days, and all the alcohol evaporated. Edit: My point is, even though the flavors might break down over time, it's probably never going to be dangerous to try it, since nothing can grow in it.

Rum will keep forever. Just make sure it is stored at room temperature or colder.
