Can you say it as early as the first date or months after you realise it.

don't say it just for the sake of saying it or because u want your date to feel happy or anything..say it only when YOU MEAN IT..from the bottom of the heart..every so often..people think that these 3 words can be blabbered out so easily but little know that these 3 words actually carry alot of weight..so say it when you truly mean it..=)

Don't say it too early or you'll freak them out, but if the love is reciprocal, you should be able to tell pretty early on anyways, and then, just say it when it feels like it's the right time. If that happens to be on the 3rd or 4th date then so be it.
Maybe you could say something like "i could so easily fall deeply in love with you" ...it doesnt say you ARE in love...but it suggests strongly that you're heading that way...you'd be able to tell from their reaction as to whether they approve or not.
