Anything with unprocessed cellulose is not going to digest at all.
This hard to digest food includes all fibres, wheats, grains and cereals.
Foods easy to digest are those high in simple carbohydrates and sugars such as processed foods, take-out, fast-food, junk-food, fried foods, candy/lollies, sweets, potato chips- basically everything you know you're not meant to be eating.
Meat and fruits and veg are about medium.
If you want to loose weight- the surest way without including exercise is diet modification.
This means you have to reduce your Calorie intake to LESS than what you require per day- thus your body burns its fat stores.
Completely remove oil, fat, sugar, margarine, butter, cream, non-skim milk, junk-food, candies etc from your diet.
Eat as much fibrous food as possible- go easy on nuts and bread as these have very high energy levels which get stored as fat.
Best is plenty of fruits and vegies- which are partly fibrous, but also high in fluids, vitamins and nutrients- and you'll quickly get accustomed to eating sugar in fruit as being more satisfying than from candy/chocolate.
Green tea is the best- the idea of tea being that it boosts your metabolism. Coffee is fine too- but no fancy iced-ones with tons of ice-cream and cream. Go for a macchiato or skiny cap' instead.
Yoghurt is fantastic for boosting your stomach enzymes and filling you before meals.

raw fruits and vegetables take long to digest. after eating i could recommend drinking water as this flushes your system and decreases the formation of cellulite. as a matter of fact, herbal teas do you just as good as water (though they are warmer and come in flavours). whole bread contains many grains etc so takes longer to digest leaving you with a 'fuller' feeling thus preventing you from eating more and more. Other hard-to-digest foods are beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, brussels sprouts, oats, barley, honey and yeast which can also cause gas and an inflated stomach. however, if you chew your food appropriately and do not eat too fast you will notice it makes digestion for your stomach a lot easier!!!

Anything as long as its not squid or hotdogs/hams/sausages. My stomach hurts when eating them lol. But my fav would be beef with oyster sauce and broccoli. And a glass of milk xD i'm a milkaholic :) dark chocolate for dessert is heaven.

Corn and peanuts must be the hardest. I've seen the proof. Yet they are both good for you.
