Omelet topped with a whole bunch of vegetables, a bit like you would make a pizza. You can make a very big one, cut it up into a few pieces and keep them in the fridge. In the morning put some on a sandwich and you're ready to go. Delicious!

Some yoghurt on the side is always a good choice if you know it's going to be a stressful day.

Cereals are junk food. The only brand I know that doesn't contain more suger than you need is "Kellogg's Special K" (the regular kind, without fruit or chocolate). If you insist on eating cereal anyway, then get soy milk.

Two or three bananas and a bottle of Ensure. It's low-cal, high-fiber and protein, and full of all the RDA vitamins and minerals. Ensure works out to be about a buck and a half a bottle, but if you consider it a meal that's not such a high price. Just don't start drinking the stuff as a snack, or your budget will be toast!

well you've given me a hard choice !, weather to have french toast with peanut butter and syrup , sausage and coffee and orange juice, or weather to have a little bit of me and a little bit of you !, decisions, decisions !, maybe we can just combine the two, but that might be awfully messy, so how about some whipped cream and chocolate syrup instead !

Damn.... you're making me hungry. I'll have to scramble up three eggs and add some cheese and a little salsa. Emmm!
Maybe some bacon too.

Lol, Muffinman.

Pizza. Lasagna. Grits. Now I'm starving. Oh, yeah, bagel and cream cheese or peanut butter. Yum.

And fried bologna sandwiches.
