definitely bluelights...it is actually blue hair dye instead of bleaching it out totally ..it looks great in black hair

Blonde highlights will brighten your complexion, other colors look harsh to me. If you go with other colors, they only look like your hair is sun lightened. which I think makes it look washed out. Look at Britney Spears, that is how she burned her hair so bad she has to wear weaved in hair. and it looks nasty! If your hair is blonde and you'd like to deepen it go for a deep brown, don't let people tell you try champagne, or red (which washes out very quick) or honey blonde (which also washes out quickly) put a deep base light brown or dark brown , to change you appearance. Also look at Lindsey Loghan's hair, her looks are so hard and she looks so fried, there is just a time you have to ask your self, will this really make me beautiful? good luk
