We do not know that you have met her for the first time or not, and in what circumstances.you should have already taled to her I presume. And by your exchanges you would have noticed the feeling she may have for you.
Anyhow this is so simple ... you have to ask her whether she likes you or not ...How will I know or anyone else?

when she looks at you when you talk to her and when she smiles a lot. When i like a guy my cheeks get a little bit red and i try to find as much similarities between us so he'll think we have a lot in common and he'll like me too ... a bit sneaky now that i think of it

i think the best thing you do is to ask here if she do likes you. because in every question who need an answer is need to asked.
if you can't ask her directly if she do like u, just ask her what she likes to person and if you think you have the qualities that she likes and then she likes you. very confusing right........
