The Maseratis and Aston Martins usually beat it in FIA GT racing. It has won a few races.
EDIT
"Bob, i'm talkin bout real racin here, not playstation gran turismo, le mans, or nascar."
But the FIA GT series is real. It's an international racing series where the Saleen runs head to head with other cars on roadrace tracks.
http://www.fiagt.com/
In 2006 Saleen won two of ten races. They finished 4th in the manufacturers championship, behind Aston Martin, Maserati, and Corvette.

First, from your tone, diction and the question itself it is obvious that you don't actually own a Saleen S7 or any other fast car, nor have you ever been to a drag race on even a test & tune run what you brung night. Second, I think you are basing your question on the performance statistics published in car magazines which if you go to any actual drag race will find may mean very little in the real world. Based on the the car magazine statistics I agree that it does appear that the S7R is a little faster than the Enzo and could be considered the faster production car currently in production and available at dealerships. The S7R is running quarter mile times in the mid to high 10's on street tires with magazine authors driving it. In the real world, tires/traction, experience with the car and driving skill play a huge role at the drag strip and read any issue of 5.0 mustang and fast ford and they will have PLENTY of cars that are faster than that and cost far less. A friend was at a recent handicapped bracket drag race and someone had an apprently heavily modified Chevy Blazer SUV that was running high 10's all night. Also, I have know a few people with camaro z28's who regularly take them to the drag strip and although no car magazine seemed to be able to get a bone stock z28 faster than about the mid to low 14s they can get their bone stock cars into the mid 13's. Their secret: practice, practice, practice. They mentioned that you won't be able to get into the 13s until you do about 15 runs and you won't get to the mid 13's until after abotu 40-50 runs.

What can you do down the 1/4 mile?? If you want to put your money where you mouth is, how 'bout you supply us with some real details.
What is the top speed?
What is your 1/4 mile time?
What is the horsepower?
What is the 0-100 time?
Someone else said a stock S7 will run high 10s. I know of a Mazda RX-3 in Australia (where I live) that can do low 8's. And YES. IT IS ROAD REGISTERED.
You are full of **** and (if you live in Australia) turn up to Eastern Creek Dragway in Sydney on any Wednesday night and prove your worth.

Why can't anyone beat your Saleen S7 in the quarter mile? Imaginary cars tend to run very fast imaginary times... imaginary times that are so fast they are faster than other imaginary times.
Since you specify the quarter mile, and the car you claim as your's (and some of what you list as it going up against) are cars really not at their best in drag racing, it would seem that you are mostly reading magazine reviews and thinking "ooo, if only I had that." However, if you really did have that car, and were going to drag strips, you might be in for a rude awakening that even though it is blindingly fast, there is always someone faster.
And if you were going to a road course, you would be in for the ruder awakening of a good driver in a stock Miata blowing past you. When faced with such things though, it's easy to see why imaginary driving is more appealing than real.

Maybe you havent seen the Lingenfelter 1100 HP twin turbo C5 427 Z06.
0-60 in 1.97
Top of 230 MPH
1/4 at 8.95 @153.7
Your Saleen is a pinto compared to this Vette!
+1 for taking it to a road course. My grandma, can drive fast in a straight line, hillbillies can drive fast in a circle... Real drivers turn right and left at high speeds!

maybe cuz all the other super car owners have enough self esteem not to waste they're cars potential beating up on outclassed kids at the dragstrip... why don't you step up and see just how fast you really are on a road course against those vett's and porsches.
for the record I don't think you really own a S7 and if you do I would bet your daddy bought it for you.

THERE WILL ALWAYS, *ALWAYSSSSS* BE A FASTER CAR THAN YOURS! go to a professional drag event and you will get smoked. I can guruntee you that you will get owned. Race a *stock* suzuki hyabusa and you will get killed. race most sport bikes and you will get destroyed. may i also recomend you try drifting, because its not the car and its power that matters, its the driver's skill and you willll get beaten.
