How do you explain all the atrocities that God commanded people to commit in his name? And don't deny it because it's right there in the scriptures. If God was a loving and perfect being he wouldn't justify the killing of innocent children and people just for not believing.

So you are admitting that God is not perfect so he had to come to earth as a man to correct his wrongs? See thats why I think religion doesn't make any sense!

Shalom Liberal,

I can tell your earnestly seeking the answer to this question. To tell you the truth God is not a man nor some super natural being sitting in the sky. Rather its a law that mankind constantly invokes due to their actions whether they being negative or positive ones. Every good and every evil thing that happens to man is brought upon himself by what he lives in thought, desire, word and deed. Every action is returned to you, this is the law. And this is why its given in the scriptures that:

"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." Isaiah 45:7

Another thing I will like to touch up on and make sure that you understand is that the scriptures are not literal, they are allegoric and are multi-dimensional. Meaning it is portraying the seekers mind at various levels, depending on how cognizant they are. This is to say, that to the spiritually disenfranchised the scriptures appear to be literal and historical. But as they move on past the milk of the scriptures they begin to apply the scriptures within themselves or as Yeshua said the keys of knowledge. And as they do so, they slowly begin to walk the narrow path Yeshua spoke of. This process happens over a course of many lifetimes, most of mankind squanders away countless lives living carnally and making little no gain.

The laws of God are just, sow shall you reap. That is the law and man in his child like state is constantly being punished by them just like a father punishes his son. The creator God is at rest, that is the first cause of things. The only thing at work is the laws that went into effect after the creation of things. This is why it said God rested in the genesis.

Peace

Aza

That's an awfully big stone you've got there. But I'd like to ask you a few questions.

Have you read the Bible on your own? How do you feel about your faults and failings? Do you consider yourself a student of life? Are you aware of the atrocities that have been done in countries where worship of God is not allowed?

Genesis 6: 5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

You might think things through before you start throwing stones.

When Jesus came it changed everything and we were shown the good ways but as for the non-believers, they were committing their selves to a life of torture. We as true Christians are told to bring in close those who do not believe and if a person does not believe or rather deny God than God will deny them and they will have to face that when their time comes.

Where in the Holy Quran does the Almighty GOD say to kill innocent children?

easy.

God taught people spiritual truths according to their understanding.

That is just where human beings were in their development of consciousness. They were expecting an angry God to help fight all their battles's so God taught them spiritual truths at their level of development.

The problem is that other men come in and say "we have the word of God", and God is telling us to do this this, and this and forgot the spiritual truths.

Please don't blame God for the weak and corrupt men that do these heinous things.

In fact, I will deny that. When muslims rode to war, they are ordered not to kill a woman, child, old, crippled, or not even cut a tree. Only oppose those who opposed you.

And, muslims only killed the non-believers when the non-believers killed the muslims, torchured them, and riched themselves with their possesions. So, God finally allowed muslims to fight back.

I don't remember HIM giving their not believing as the reason. I believe that HE knew what was in their hearts and knew that satan was too deeply entrenched for HIS people to be able to live with them. GOD is absolutely awesome in power, knowledge, and strength. HE defeated satan 2000 tears ago and we are the benefactors of that war. Jesus came so that you and I could be in heaven.

To become a real Christian, we are told that we must HEAR the WORD in John 6:45, Jesus said, “It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught by God. Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.” We are also told so in Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. We are told the we must BELIEVE in Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. We are also told so in Mark 16:16, Jesus said “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.” and in John 5:24 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. We are told that we must REPENT (or turn from sin) in Luke 13:3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Also in Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST in Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. We are also told in 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. We are to be BAPTIZED according to Acts 2:38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” and Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. We are to CONTINUE to be FAITHFUL UNTIL DEATH according to Revelation 2:10c Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. We also know that Paul wrote in Romans 14:12 each of us shall give account of himself to God. It is important that we not ignore what is written, change what is written, or add to what is written in the New Testament which is our Christian Guide. Have a great week.
