Did you mean saw tooth rake?

Most medium quality sawn boards. Positive rake gives a quicker rougher cut while negative rake gives a finer cut but it takes longer to produce.

Or did you mean wing rake?
It could apply to the angle of the wing to the fuselage of an aircraft. Most have a positive rake thus giving a slight lift. Zero rake angle is used for stunt aircraft so that they will fly just as well upside down.
