Unless you are a skinny butt-less little creature then your butt will jiggle....EVERYBODY'S butt jiggles...it's what they do....it's even got a jiggly sounding name...the gluteous maximus (latin for jiggly butt!)

Honey, girls' bottoms are meant to be all soft and jiggly - that's part of what makes them such a delight to spank.
