I'm learning japanese and need a cursor translator application. what is the best?

I am not for sure if it's a cursor translator, but I know of a site were you can practice it, it's, www.kanjisite.com, you can learn the letters of there alphabet,(hiragana, katakana, and kanji) numbers and letters! Hope this site helps you!
