Bob, don't go looking to me for sympathy. If you are in a job that entails being armed, something in your brain should click that says your life will most likely be in danger while you're on the clock.Noone forces anyone to become a police officer; it is a conscious (and, for the most part, informed) decision. Just like any other job, if you can't handle the responsibilities you have no right applying for the position.

Let me tell you, a police officer has to go out there and deal with the bottom feeders of America. People that purposely prey on other people, men that beat their wives, rape their daughters, and people that have hate for the police and people that don't care that joe citizen spent the last five years saving so that he can buy something nice, just to get it stolen.

A police officer, a good police officer, knows that his/her voice is the best weapon, it can calm a pissed off person down. But if that officer has to use his/her firearm, its for a good reason. Of course that officer is investigated, and probably has a guilt larger that you would ever understand. I am inspiring to go into law enforcement and decided that if it were neccessary for me to have to take a life, I would, but its a last restort.

You should really go on a few ride alongs and get an idea what an officer endures every night. And if you decide to do this, make sure its in a town with more than 25,000 people. I think you'll see that most good police officers, if not all, are strong minded men and women that know the mind is the most powerful weapon. If you don't do a ride along, then how can your statement be proven as false or fact in your eyes.

You're name says it all. You're a loser. Grow up, little boy and get a life. Maybe you should fend for yourself, instead of having a group of individuals willing to protect you. Law enforcement is the most dangerous job out there, and obviously b*tches like you don't have the kahonas to do it, so just shut the f*ck up.

Yeah, we should ban all police. That way, we wouldn't have to worry about police being murderers. Of course, every police officer commits murders. Every single one. You sure are right about that one. Anyway, if we ban all police, then people could smoke as much dope as they want and wouldn't be bothered. Heck, people wouldn't need to go to rehab at all. Good honest people could snatch all the purses they want and rob all the stores they want. Screw, Walmart. Take all their stuff. They're so rich, they restock all the shelves with new merchandise and it'll never end. We'll keep taking and taking and society will always just hum along.

By the way, what's your house like? I might want to live in it and kick you out. With no cops around, you're just going to have to give it to me. Unless it sucks. Then I don't want it. I'll just take someone else's stuff. I'll have to put together my band of anarchists to rape and pillage everywhere and to leave the weak with nothing.

I guess the weak didn't deserve anything, because they relied too much on all the murdering cops. Particularly, the little children. Little children rely too much on cops. We should be able to kill and eat little children, because they can't defend themselves and have to rely on the cops to ensure they live in safety. I mean, it's just not fair. Those of us who are strong and ruthless should be able to do whatever we want and take whatever we want. Wait. There aren't people out there that are stronger than us? Right? I mean, we'll always prevail if we get rid of cops. Right? We won't get eaten like the little children? Will we? Did you say they were all murderers? All of them? Maybe we should keep the ones that don't murder folks on the off chance that there are people stronger and more ruthless than we are. No? Well, take em. Okay.

Thanks for posting this hateful antipolice message. As a parttime LEO, I hope that you never have need of my services and do not call 911 no matter what may be happening to you or a loved one. Heck, I bet you mouth off to the local cops anyway and like me and my buddies, we put you down for a slow call. Then again, you are probably a felon with a long rap sheet who is mad about the latest arrest.

What are you basing that bovine excrement question on? The irony is that you can't differentiate between a wanton murderer and someone who is sworn to uphold the law and may have to resort to the use of deadly physical force to do just that. You must have some serious character flaw.

Sooo anyone who owns a gun is a murderer? Same principal. If I own a gun and have to shoot someone who is trying to kill me or someone else then I'm a murderer? That's a fu*king sick notion and anyone who believes it is a moron. Police do a dangerous job for not NEAR enough pay and get sh*t for respect. Instead they get called murders (murders for Gods sake) because they carry guns? That's a s s backward thinking .

Back your statement up with facts then some people might take you seriously. Other wise you sound like a fool for lumping all police together. Generalizations are never proven to be true.

Out of the hundreds of thousands of law enforcement officers, almost none are murdererd. The few that are will not be on the job for long. This is an idiot question from an idiot person.

If somebody dies as a result of fighting a cop, or as the result of fighting you, that isn't murder. Cops have tough jobs and go up aginast the worst there is. It's really easy to sit in your nice comfortable and safe home while ridiculing them. Why don't you try learning something about what they do? You might not sound so foolish.

It might surprise you but, unlike what they show on TV, the majority of cops never even use their firearms in the line of duty through their entire career. But far too many die in the line of duty protecting your right to sit all safe and comfy false nonsense about them.
