this sounds like a bearing noise-if the noise is coming from the front or back,then turn the car into carners and see if the noise gets louder,if it does then the bearings are either worn or need lube.if the noise is coming from the engine compartment then check all pulleys-removing belts where accessable(not cam belt)

IF the sound is coming from the speakers, that means your deck is grounding out. the sound you're likely hearing is caused by the alternator, so check all the metal surrounding your deck and cover it either with electrical tape, or a non-heat material.

if the car made it idk..... this is car audio so is ur referring to the radio making that noise then I suggest getting a new system
