Yeah, Spybot is a good one. However, it only does so much. I was still having problems with my computer (sluggish) after using Spybot for a couple of months. I bought a program (online download) called Registry Mechanic (about 19 bucks), and it was WELL worth the money. It cleaned out stuff that Spybot didn't detect. And it not only clears out the adware and spyware, but it really gets in there and cleans out all the crap in your registry. Also, I've tried other free registry cleaners, and they messed up my system. I haven't had any problems with RM.
I think you can download a trial version of Registry Mechanic, if you're so inclined.

If you mean cleaning files.. or cleaning your computer, you can try CCleaner. Its a great program that removes old registries that you no longer need and cleans up your temp files.

once I freshen up my workstation I continuously use one or 2 courses to get the tens of hundreds of archives interior the gadget prepared for me. search it its free and sometimes called spybot S&D
