If he was bitten by a stray rabid dog, then he needs to make a trip to the emergency room or see his doctor. He needs to go through a set of rabies shots(20, I believe). Another thing to do as well is set up some traps to catch the dog. He needs to be euthanized so that he can be tested for rabies. Happy New Year!
