i have defraged cleard files and cookies and cleaned dick all on c yet my pc is like a snail rubbish also can you tell me what adware watch se pro is and adware se pro is they are on my task bar do i need them please help

is ur computer old? if so i suggest upgrading.. and u dont need no adware task bar jus stop going to the porn sites

Need more info. How old is the pc? How much memory? Try closing the adware watch -- and everything else not essential. Still too slow?
My first suggestion is always, add memory. But it does depend. You may have some kind of spyware/virus type program. You do have updated anti-virus software installed, yes?

Theres your problem, Ad-aware SE is a huge memory hog, it is a spyware/adware remover. Remove this from your task bar and your pc should speed up considerably.

There are two reasons your PC may be slow.
1) You have a trojan horse on the drive.
Get a good antiv Viral prgoram A free one is AVG and it provides updates at no charge as well
2) You have spyware installed. This is the most likely as it is so common and in stealth mode. AVG also have an anti spy (Free also)

Ad-Aware SE is an excellent malware detector & fixer, but uses a huge amount of resources if left running permanently. Turn it off and run it from time to time manually.

Download Spybot and see what it finds. You will be surprised. You may have malware.
