Well next time you go, look around and see if anyone else is catching fish. If they are then your doing something wrong....if they aren't then you should probably find a new lake. Mainly, You need to KEEP going out even if your not catching because you will learn the fish and learn the lake and figure out how to fish it. The more experience you get the better fisherman you will become. You will start to meet other fisherman and get tips from them and just keep it up kid. When you go to the lake and you pass other fisherman ask if they had any luck and then if they did ask what they are using. Some people are nice and show you and then some will hide there techniques. Overall just have fun because fishing isn't always about catching the fish.

At 12 your body is still developing and will not, no matter how many crunches you do, develop your 6 pack. You can expect those muscle to be ready to pop when you are closer to 16. There are some poor children who's parents have allowed them to take steroids to give them washboard abs at even younger ages, but it isn't worth the cancer risk. Just wait a few more years and you will be where you want to be. Right now, focus on cardio and tone.

your still developing, just have fun when you play sports don't worry about a 6 pack, as long as you are healthy and active, it will come in time, your just a bit young to worry about it. why do you want a 6 pack, is it to be attractive for girls? or do you want it just for the sake of having it? its more important to be healthy, fit, and active, and in age and development it will come.
