Yes I have taken it and certainly did not like the feeling of not only having a supressed appetite but also not being able to sleep. There is not a quick fix for healthy weight loss. The most healthy way is of course not what we all want to hear and that is lifestyle change. For those of us who have struggled with weight most of our lives we want a quick fix so we can go back to being ourselves. The trouble is with quick fix weight loss is that it is first of all not healthy but it does nothing to change our lifestyle and habits so we start the cycle all over again and gain it right back. Every time you lose weight and gain it back (yo yo dieting) it messes with your metabolism and makes the next quick fix or fad diet harder to get the weight off. I know it is not what you want to hear but phentermine is one of those quick fix plans. And, I don't know if you know this or not but should know that it is one of the "phens" in the famous phen/phen diet which has been fatal to so many people. Best of luck to you. You pray for my will power and I will pray for yours.

I have been on this for a few days and feel sick, I have thrown up a couple of times. I dont think this is good, I am going to call my doctor. Is it common to feel bad and will it wear off in a few days?
