24 hours.. it becomes a great hang out for cops and people that like to gather and chat at night and also people that just like a middle of the night snack.. you should also think about making things like hambugers hot dogs and grilled cheese .. things that people could eat thats not that filling..The reason im telling you this is because we used to frequent a little place in the suburbs of new orleans .they made a fortune and had those things and was busy round the clock..

im up real late somtimes so really enjoy places that are open 24 hours. The only places that are open 24 hours are 7 elevens some fastfood restaurants maybe a walgreens and gas stations. Oh 24 hours fitness is open, lol im the guy thats there at 2 in the morning.

It doesn't make a difference unless I'm looking for a bakery at 12 am or 2am.

LIMITED HOURS. You're sure to get freshly made stuff. Plus, it makes you miss the food/drink more.
Otherwise, people tend to take 'em for granted. Sorry, I'm a bit old-fashioned.
