Hmm Ive been to British Columbia and saw many black people in Prince George.And of course there are lots in Vancouver.Perhaps you aren't looking hard enough.By the way I love BC it is a beautiful province.I live in Arizona but spent a great deal of my youth in Canada due to my fathers business.I am a native born American(I love my USA) but I do like Canada a lot.
