the first answer doesn't understand that you are using a portable dvd player.
If the mintek does support tint control click the function button and look in there, if there is no option then you are out of luck.

you cannot adjust tint on dvd player but can adjust on yout tv
go to menu>picture>tint or hue and then adjust
