In this day an age, is it possible to create a new religion that could emerge on above all the other religions?

Anything is possible I suppose, but it's not very likely. Most of the worlds government treat new religions like crap. They are called cults and dismissed. When you have politicians like George W. it gets really hard.

That being said, it seems that the U.S. is the best place for a new religion to be able to make it, according to this article:

nicely, faith is a confusing subject to define. maximum folk agree that a faith is a series of ideals that a team of persons shop on with. understanding this does not relatively make it any much less stressful to p.c. if human beings created faith, or any incorrect way around. It relatively relies upon on what faith you shop on with, while you're and Atheist (alongside with myself), than you have self assurance that faith became created to furnish the loads an wisdom of each and every thing interior the international and the way it have been given there.

yes.... They are working on it and have been working on it for about 15 years now..... I think since 1990.....

Right now its called the One World Church......

but, it's name will change once they fundamentally involve all religions into a framework of thinking......

Sure. Your first step is getting tax exempt status. Shouldn't be hard - scientology managed it, after all.

The FSM has a great start on things... And it's more plausible than christianity.

Scientology and FSM have both been successful; however, in the end they will lose out.
