Im a real tiny person, but my stomach sticks out way too much! I do cardio, but I really do not want to lose that much weight cuz Im already a size 0. I heard that I should start doing cruches or sit-ups, but none of those seem to be working, what should I do?

You need to drop body fat. The easiest way to do that is diet manipulation through calorie restriction. High intensity interval training (a variant of cardio exercise) has been clinically shown to increase reduction of central fat stores over regular solid-state cardio, for exercise. You CAN NOT spot reduce fat. Exercising a muscle wont make fat around it dissapear, it'll just make that muscle bigger, so sit-ups aren't what you're looking for.

Hello,
having your stomach protruding does not necessarily mean you have abdominal fat! It might mean your abs (muscles) aren't trained, and aren't in tension as they should.

Because crunches and sit-ups didn't work for you (and you probably are an ectomorph, given the size) you might benefit from training your transverse muscle.
