For whatever reason...too shy maybe or is it just that it's not at all possible due to circumstances?

How about if you go to a pay phone and make a cash call to another payphone? 20p for the first 10 minutes, 10p for each 10 minutes after that. So only 70p for a whole hour of telling her you love her!

Those are some of the easiest AND the hardest words to say.
They can come very glibly when they are not too serious, but when it really matters struggle to find expression.
Sometimes it helps to write it down,,,yes, that sounds cowardly but it can be the opener needed.
The good news is that if you really do love someone it will come out whatever you do.

is this your problem or your girls problem??? I got that prob i freeze up and my lips start to tremble and i talk (if i can) like i JUST ran 20 miles... the thing that works for me is the initial conversation if i can break the ice i can loosen up but if its with a girl you have been with for a wile and you cant say it still then... um i cant really help you ... i havnt solved that myself. but you COULD try to loosening your self up with a drink or two or just let it all fly... lay all your cards down by shouting it at the top of your lungs........ good luck =)

There are no such circumstances where you can't say "I love you". They are the great words to say, and it is always good to find every moment possible to say them as often as possible.

write it down if you are too shy to say it. show some sign like sending flowers, cards or anything she like. action speaks louder than words.
Good luck

Say it, life's too short and believe me I know. And i reckon it's always better to regret having done SOMETHING than to regret having done NOTHING
