i dont want to look like a weightlifter.

and oh. a simple exercise that i can do while watching tv or something. im just 16 years old

sit on the floor as if you were doing a regular pushup than put both arms into a v so ur hands are facing eachother horizontally than continue to lift ur body up and down as if it were a regular pushup this only tones ur arms so u wont be a bodybuilder lol

All right this is the perfect excercise. Get two platforms one high and one low. They can be a coffee table and a crate or a table and a coffee table. Rest your arms on the higher platform and place the smaller plat form out in front of you. Place your legs out in front of you on that lower platform,
When you are in the set position, lower your body and have your arms lift you back up. its almost like a backwards push up.
Its really great on the arms and is the cure for my family curse of chicken wings!!! ie fat under the arm.

do this slowly. Hold your arms up on either side of you, as if you are a plane or something (get the picture) then bring it up and down slowly. You'll feel your arm muscles strian and burn if you do it carefully. hold your arms parralllel to the floor and rotate your wrists only. Try a few like that.

Whether you end up looking like a weightlifter or not depend on your body type (unless you eat massive amount of proteins). If you are a mesomorph or an endomorph it makes sense to worry about it, if you are an ectomorph it does not.

Its possible to bulk up in prison. with the right combination of exercise anything is possible. simple. theres alot of carbs in a prison diet. so theres your mass then you have your fruit and meat. its not the most, precision engineered diet geared toward gain but it works.

do light weight lifting very small n is will become firm like a tiny dunbell n mayb som healthy food its helps
