I have a virus which does not get detected with either norton or Spybot S&D. My computer is extreamly slow (butthat's what all virusues are about) and most improtantly it creates all these unknown exe files in all the folders. All thses exe are 57KB in size and are randomly named. I haven't run any since I don't know what they do. There aboutthree to four per folder (about 5000 in the entire mechine) and though I've searched and deleted the lot my mechine is extreamly slow and cranky. (it freezes unless in safe mode)

Maybe your virus is very new and no antivirus can disinfect it. Try to download the newest version of your antivirus.

it might be beyond fixable if there is already that many files...you could check all your processes that are running when your not in safe mode and then search the internet for the ones that look suspicious and you should be able to find out what virus it is and how to get rid of it...the processes will most likely be running under your name

Try to update your anti-virus software. If it still fails to detect, try to download bullguard: http://www.bullguard.com/download.aspx. If it still fails to detect, back-up some of your important files, then format drive C (Hard disk drive). (Clear all suspicious programs)
