You need to set some goals you want to accomplish. I know that's easier said than done though.

you do it because it dulls your brain and you dont have to work at anything. if you really want to succeed in life you have to put forth the effort. the first thing you do is figure out what you want to do in life and what kind of lifestyle you want to live. if you want to live in comfort and be able to travel and have alot of money then you need to start now. set a goal of say 5 years to reach the type of work you want to do. this would include education and getting the job you want. after you do that set a goal of how much money you want to have by a certain age. if your 18 and you want to have a million dollars by the time you turn 50 then figure out how much you would have to put away each month and by the time you reach your age goal you will have that to enjoy all the things you want to do. video games are taking you no where. if you just keep playing video games for the next say 5 years what are you going to have? more video games that someone has bought you for christmas or your birthday?

video games can have addictive qualities about them. Perhaps you should unplug your console for a few weeks. It will always be there, right? Even if you don't play it for a couple weeks, it will still be there in three weeks. Also, you could try to set a schedule for yourself. You could set aside 2 hours every night for homework or something. Make sure you stick to it. You could write it out to make it easier to stick to a schedule. Try to remember that school won't last forever and that there is a payoff to education.

A_D_D is the acronym they use these days. You show no interest in sitting in a long boring class room so you would rather be at home. I have seen this many times over and over. Call up a Dr and get tested for this. Trust me you will be in school more and less on the games.

you're not focusing or trying hard enough. Homework is not really meant to entertain you but to help you in the long run. Just figure out what it is you really wanna accomplish and motivate yourself and stay away from playing..i agree..unplug it and get your priorities straight.

Some how you got through so far without being disciplined by your parents. Now it is up to you to discipline yourself or you will be a couch potato all you days.
Try to turn over a new leaf this year and be all you can be to the best of your ability. You can do it.

Your young. Like me. It's just... Any play een if it isn't extravigant is better than any work. It won't ruin your chance of succeeding, it'll stop being part of your personality as you mature. (I'm waiting for this too, lol!)
