I bought a used computer and found a hidden shortcut by accident. so apparently I have msn explorer on my computer, but when i go to add and remove programs, it's not there. so it has to be hidden right? how do i get there to kill it? thanks!

go to My Computer, and click on "View" . . . then click the Files tab, and scroll down just a little ways, and select "Show Hidden Files"

After your in Control Panel then you click add or remove programs then you wanna click Change or Remove Programs. Then click the one your looking for and then click change/remove. If its not in there then you can just drag the shortcut from your desktop into Recycle Bin.

usually in folder options when you open a folder..there is an option to display hidden files..you click to make sure it says display hidden files and there you go.

open your start menu and guide over to 'search' with the magnifying glass. type in the file you are searching for and it will find it.
