Now that's a fun question...
In general you can assume that your weight will stay very close to an average, but you can address this as a thought experiment.
Your body is always exchanging mass with the environment; through eating, drinking, excreting waste, and even to an extent breathing your body is exchanging mass with your surroundings.
The most significant mass exchange events resulting in a loss would be excreting solid or liquid waste. So, if the first thing you do in the morning is go to the bathroom you'd likely weigh the least between the bathroom and breakfast.
As weight is a function of gravity, you could choose to start incorporating the moon in there. In which case your weight (the force exerted by gravity acting on your mass) would be most decreased when the moon is directly above you :) Finding a scale precise enough to detect the effect of the moon would probably be very difficult, but the same effect can be observed with the tides.
Finally, if this is a health related question (we're in the health section) note that changes in weight that are driven by a desire for better health should take a while to accomplish, so sampling frequency is important. Checking your weight once a week should be enough and will help average out extreme short term effects like those mentioned above.
Thanks for the brain tickle though.

First thing in the morning after the call of nature. The difference between morning and night when maintaining one's weight should not be any more than about 2 lbs/1Kg.

You have to make it immediately on waking up in the early morning without wearing any dress. Don't take even a glass of water.
Compare the above
the wight that you are at night before going to bed..
It should not exceed 1% of the morning one...
