I've tried sleeping with them (actually, my mother made me when I was younger, lol) and I ended up pulling them all out in my sleep, needless to say she was pretty pissed off at me in the morning since it took forever to do and my hair was really long at the time. It can be done but you'll have to prop your head up with pillows in an uncomfortable position and sleep on your stomach. Use the bigger ones for the longer areas (from the top of your head back) so your hair will dry faster, use the smaller ones for the sides, bangs and nape (the very back of your head). Make sure the sections are not too thick or the rollers will fall out or take forever to dry. Use bobbie pins to secure them to each other, I'm really hoping that you're not using the velcro ones because they don't work for straightening, hope this helps.

The bigger the roller, the straighter the hair. But instead of rollers (which as I recall are terrible to sleep in!) invest in a flat iron.
