If you have email you're email-able.
If you are worried about what to say just do whatever you did last time, usually doing what comes naturally is the best bet, unless you're trying to be someone you're not.
If you are wondering if he may like you, remember this guy was willing to (try to) say something smooth enough to swoon you. It sounds like there is at least some attraction there.
