There's nothing you can do to make it disappear. The sooner it comes to a head and drains, the sooner it will go away. Apply moist heat, using a clean washcloth dampened and heated in the microwave until as hot as you can stand it. Apply this to the spot and hold in place until it cools, then repeat the procedure two or three times more. Apply the heat several times over the day. You can also do a steam facial, holding your face over a steaming pot of water or tea kettle, with a towel over the head. Depending on how advanced the spot is, it will head up to form a whitespot and drain within 2-4 days usually. Resist the urge to poke or squeeze it. If you squeeze it in an effort to make it pop, you will rupture it under the skin and make it bigger and worse, and make more spots. It will also hurt incredibly. Once you can see the white top forming, put heat on more frequently to encourage it to drain- and still don't poke or squeeze. It will drain as soon as it is ready, and heal faster if left on it's own. When it does start to drain, you can encourage it by pushing the skin around it downwards, but not inwards to squeeze. When it drains, apply any acne gel with salicylic acid, a dot will do, to dry the rest up. Tea tree oil also works well, and is a little kinder to skin. Avoid all makeup and concealers, as they only make matters worse.

I would try an overnight salicyclic acid gel. It works really well. Also, the sulfur mask in the Proactiv Set is wonderful for drying up pimples. Proactiv as a whole did not work for me, but the sulfur mask is amazing.

It happens. It sounds like cystic zits and those take longer to pass away than customary ones. yet cystic or no longer, drink water, word a warm towel over zits to open your pores, and dab campho phenique on the zits. Campho phenique facilitates to dry your zits out
