In Scripture, God said that He was regretful that he created man, most likely after the original sin. So it would seem that He would eventually stop the creation of anymore humans by supernaturally making all women on the earth infertile. If He didn't send His own Son to that cross at Calvary, so that we sinners would be given atonement, then why would He continue the human race? I doubt that He would create anymore of us, if we were doomed to eternal punishment right when we were born. So looking at it this way, Jesus was born not only for our atonement, for continued life on earth.

He would not have bothered. He decided that a Saviour would be sent even when He spoke to the snake very early on. Never did He intend for mankind to live without hope.

Forgive me if I have not understood your questions/comments properly, I hope I have and I'm giving it a good shot at answering

Your asking questions as though God might not have had a plan of action.....Like He would have somehow been stumped or that we would all have been born without a savior and travelled automatically into Hell.....

There is no what if, God would now allow people to be born if they were automatically doomed to eternal perdition. He is a God of love and provides the means to escape such an end.

You say "if Jesus were never born", but God demanded a sacrific for sin, so Jesus had to be born. And don't forget, Jesus IS God, so God and Jesus are one and the same. It is the mystery of the holy trinity. God the Father, God the Son, and God the holy spirit. All within one God. They make up one God.

So Jesus already existed before He came to earth in the form of of a human being.

God will always provide a way out, an answer, to whatever goes wrong. IF he creates something good and man screws it up, God has an action plan. He does not simply design robots, or a robotic type existance, or then wipe everything and start again. HE loves us dearly and deeply and wishes to provide a way for all.

The way in which He does so is His business and many of us can argue or say he should ahve done it this way, or that way and why this or why that and could'nt He have done this or shouldn't He have done that? yep, He could have. But it is rather arrogant of us to assume we know better, as though really God could take pointers from any of us on how to do it.

God's ways are not our ways and His ways are so far above our ways, as the Heavens are above the earth.

First of all the original sin was imposed upon EVE not man!
second of all you have to understand why Jesus was sent to the meridian of time and not to the End of time.
third if Jesus had not created any man, none of would be in here in the first place.

God told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth. HE did NOT "supernaturally make all women on Earth infertile", as you suggest.

Nice point, But I doubt God is that unforgiving. If Jesus was never born then Christianity would almost be non-existent.
