Give him time if he doesn't call you within the next 4 days then you should try calling him if he doesn't call you back after that then just forget about him.

Whatever you do, please dont call him.
If you did, what would you say.
He knows he was supposed to call you and he did not, maybe he does not want to talk to you or maybe something just came up
either way, calling him will NOT help matters at all.
If you pretend like you barely noticed, it will make him think that you have so much self confidence that you would be an asset to his life.
Desperation is NOT attractive

Don't call him.
Put yourself in his shoes. When you're interested in a guy, do you suddenly forget about him? No! You think about him most/all of the time. If he likes you and he's not calling, it's not that he forgot; he's playing hard-to-get. Just play along. If he eventually doesn't call you, move on. He's not worth it.

I dont know how much you were in love with him .If you have a deep love to hime concerning that you have tried to call him back but he did not reply you , try to call him and see him to clarify your love position.
If your love was not so deep with full of memories, so try to forget him because you have called him once but he did not pay attention to you.Try to make yourself busy with other important points in your life and dont worry about it, maybe he was not your destiny and you will have better destiny with other guy.

Either call him, but you'll seem desperate, or just forget him. I would say forget him and make other plans. You didn't give much details in your question so it's hard to tell with the situation.

Hmm, may be he is feelin shy u shud give him some miss call, or try sending him some sweet sms. If he is feeling shy to talk i m sure he will send sms or may be his cell got stolen or he is out of credit. or is confused wat to say on the phone most guys problem.

you know i always seem to get told that line all the time" i will call you back in a minute" but they never do but you really need to talk to them so i always call them back until they answer the phone .

if yall are datin i know my bestfriend would be like boy why havent you called me?? i think you should call him!! dont let him do that to you! that happened to my bestfriend and she called him and yelled at him and now there back to normal and there doing great!
