best way to loose wait and i swear to you .. i have used it for many years is it just like quitting smoking.. just lay it down and quit eating so much..cut your meals to two a day..eat only for snacks things with no carbs..very little of that like beef hotdog wrapped in a single slice of cheese.. Tuna without mayo and no snacks.start cutting down on them and then cut them out all the way.Your body will shrink and you will stop wanting food so much and less portions and dont eat or drink anything with sugar if you have to .. make it less than twice a week something like a small debbie cake or something like that.. no sugar in coffee and only diet drinks. use sugar sub for tea and coffee.. I lost 40 pounds in three months with no problems and the wife lost 30 and we are at a perfect weight and never had a problem .. wasnt even trying to lose.. but I loss weight years ago the same way..Your body adjust to not wanting those things or so much of it anymore.. I promise.. try it.. i have no reason to lie or tell you bull

Total calories. NO MATTER where the calories come from, if you eat more than you burn you will gain weight. NO MATTER where they come from, if you eat less than you burn you will loose weight. You could eat all fat cals and eat 1000 a day and burn 2000 a day and loose weight on an all FAT diet!

Calories end of story.

You increase calories to gain weight ( Muscle Gain)
You decrease caloriese to lose weight ( Fat Loss )

Fat, Protein, and Carbs all produce energy which IS calories. Some are stored for other usages such as carbs are stored as glycogen in the muscle etc

1g Fat is equal to 9cals
1g Protein is equal to 4cals
1g Carbohydrates is equal to 4cals

actually i dont go by either because by cutting out one or another you loose impotraint neutrients. I loose weight and keep it off by eating 6 or 7 small meals aday. when i wake up i eat a cup of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice. for a mid morning snack i eat a piece of fruit, lunch usually consists of a sandwich and some water mid afternoon snack crackers are a good choice, dinner is the a larger meal meat veggies and usually some pasta , snack ice cream with fruit topping and right before bed i will eat some toast . hope this helps
