cardio excersises sweat'em out!.....eat ur vegetables and drink green tea!

Take a liter of plain water
Boil it - while the water touches the boiling point drop three tea spoons of cummins seeds...let it boil and the water will reduce to 750 ml . Switch off the heater and leave it for an hour. Everything will settle down.

Collect the water ...add a tea spoon of bee honey for a glass of water and drink four times a day...All the poison will be flushed out with the urine. You have to do it for along time.

Also don't use any synthetic drinks and fast food...

There are natural ways to do this.

For one, when you are going through your menstrual cycle, don't use tampons, use pads, so all the toxins are throughly passed through.

Drink LOTS of water!

Eat healthy foods, and run, and sweat so that toxins will be pushed out through your pours (you might want to keep a towel near, so you can dry your face, to prevent acne.)

Try staying away from toxins, such as cigarette smoke, gases, ect. Don't in hale toxins.

Try not eating a lot of foods with food-die in them, they also contain toxins, you won't want in your body.

Be sure to have a frequent bowel movement, this will also help get nasty toxins out of your body!

also, though there is a great product called Detox-7 it works great! it is a seven day process that cleans out your body! I've used it and it worked like magic!

Drink lots of herbal non caffine tea, take at least 1000mg of crystal form vitamin C per day, (local drug store) eat lots of fruit and vegetables... uncooked, like make a party tray of veg's a day with some pristine dip (awesome snack). Cut back on eating meat for a while, and try pasta for a few days with a healthy pasta sauce. Do all this in a cycle for about 2 weeks and see if you feel healthier, oh also exercise as much as you possibly can!!

WATER. Drinking lots and lots of water has great results. It can rejuvinate skin (makes it a lot smoother), it will increase stamina and resistance, cleans out a yellowish urine, produces a regular bowel movement. And oh so many many positive advantages. Trust me, water therapy is great.

drink water and u can also drink a herbal supplement that will make u have the runs but its called fiber cleanse it will flush out your intestines.

You should drink lots of water, there are also colon-cleansing treatments you can buy in most pharmacies that will clean you out.

dont eat ANYTHING for a week, but drink lots and lots of water. really. but you HAVE to be in the fasting mind-set. you cant let your brain think youre starving.
google 'fasting.'
it really works. your sclera/eyeballs will be SOOOOOOOOOO white and clear.
