Guys, when you touch a girl, is their always something behind the touch...like an attraction?
If a guy is always grabbing your legs or shoulders, patting your sides or stroking your back playfully, is he interested or at least attracted.
Would a guy do that if not attracted in a girl..or would he act this way with any girl?

The age and experience that a guy has will determine what his intentions are. Keep that word in mind (intentions) it is the correct word that you are looking for.
A young guy is experimenting sexually and will do this with or without special consideration for you.
How old is he? How long have you known him? What do you truly know about him?
More than likely if he is young he is not so interested in you as a person and he is more interested in getting into your knickers.

I know I will do that to a girl I'm attracted to - Its body language of flirting - I wait to see how the girl responds to it and I may go a little further, but like I said its just a way of flirting

Generally, it means he is at least attracted physically. Very rarely you will find a guy that is just a freak who likes to touch anyone he can.

Watch how he acts around others. If you notice he does it to every chick you see him with, chalk it up to him being a touchy, flirty person.
You want to know if he likes you... try flirting with him and see what happens, or ask him out if you're bold :)

Havent you heard its a really good sign. Guys in their mind have to know that you will let them tough you unless their confident enough to just do it on their own. he whoever that is likes you. ok ok no more questions except for how to get him.

I'd say he is a bit attracted :) or else, why would he do it? He might not have a crush on you, but you sure are pretty according to his perspective.
