I have no idea. Everyone makes them differently. The amount of calories in a tamale can vary greatly.

Hahaha, although I have a feeling all that lard in the masa, won't make them diet friendly in any way.

Well, just hope your family finishes them up quick, so the temptation is gone.

I wouldn't worry about the tamales unless they weren't hot tamales then I would be worried about that toilet sitting in the morning!!!

I ate four today at Circle-K while filling up with gas. I think they are 900 cal. a package of two mini ones. (450 each . . .)
