It's new years and my friend is conidering cutting off his below shoulder length hair. Should he keep it or cut it for a change?

it depends.
i have a guy friend-and his hair looks really bad long. i dont have the guts to tell him.
i know another guy whos hair is that length and he looks really good with it. i depends on your face shape and features.
maybe he should cut it. after all it's a new year and his hair will always grow back long if he doesn't like it.
