No it doesn't worry me, that why I forget to ask the doc, just wondering if I should make a point of asking incase its something thats going to get worse. Don't miss alcohol at all but I do like vinegar on my fish & chips.

Could be an allergy to alcohol. Nothing serious, you just won't be drinking anything remotely alcoholic for the rest of your life. You're not missing anything, but flavour.
I love vinegar, and I love wine. You poor thing you, I feel sorry for you.

That is a good thing. Count it a blessing. You will never need a mouthful of either vinegar or alcohol.

First , if it was REALLY serious, you wouldn't forget to ask your doctor. Second, stay away from things that make you gag and/or throw up until a reason can be found. Problem solved.

The doc will tell you, "don't do it if it makes you vomit". There, now you owe me for an office visit.
