A chocolate cricket! seriously! every year in new zealand they have this strange foods festival and i went and ate some cricket dipped in choco. there were worm patties, fried tadpoles and fried cockroaches that i was waay too scared to try! i am terrified of cockroaches! my brother ate some spiders! :-S PUKE~! but the cricket tasted ok cos it was smothered in chocolate sauce
i also remember me and my family when we were still in china. we went to this restraunt and we had snake. the skin was on and everything! after all the meat was gone there was this freaky skeleton there on the plate. i was only 6 so i dont remember how it tasted but i think it tasted like chicken :p

Weird would be a relative term. Also related to circumstances. Do wealthy people eat Welfare Food? I mean way back when, when Welfare Food wasn't food stamps but C Rations? Or is weird eating "natural?" Is it eating roots and wild plants that one can find on their own land or in the nearby woods and fields? Is "weird" for the city slicker what the country folk eat all the time? Ie., dandelion from their yard. In the cities and suburbs they're killed asap as obnoxious weeds. In the country - the folks look forward to them as the first real food chock full of vitamins that they can get.

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. Not a very adventurous palate, and I count that as a virtue. :-)
