I was wondering what does it mean when a guy wraps his arm around a woman's waist, pulls her close to his side, and puts his hand on her hip?
Then after the photograph was developed, he was leaning his head down toward the side a little bit where she was at his side, smiling a bit, and blushing. . .please help me here HAHA

I would think that pulling her close usually means that he doesn't want her to stray from him and having his arm and hand around her pelvic area would give me reason to believe that he finds her to be sexually desirable.

Nothing at all, you are supposed to grab a womans hip when dancing. Unless they were naked on the bed, it means nothing. Stop trying to read something into nothing.
