please help me asap!?

diagnosed w. bells palsey. i just woke up w. awfull pain in my neck all around into my shoulders feels swollen. whats wrong?

Neck pain is not unheard of in Bells Palsy, in fact, neck pain is often the first sign...a warning before Bells Palsy sets in. Others get the symptom after diagnosis. I don't know what to tell you about the shoulder pain...so I suggest you call your doctor's answering service and notify him about the new symptoms. If he/she feels further that a further check is needed, he/she will call you back
