My friend been rejected again... No hopes.... I think... He's too much thinking of his work, his ambition and his dreams... What do you think.. His 38 right now..

I think he must be afraid to commit, afraid to grow up, etc. 38 isn't a spring chicken. What does he want out of life? Is he asking out ladies in their 30s or early-20s girls? There is a balance between career and life, he needs to find it. Most girls won't put up with half-assed efforts, and if he's a workaholic they'll see it and ditch him. He needs to figure out what he wants and go from there.

So, what's wrong with that? Those are the important things, and none of them can put on hold for the sake of a potential relationship. Get your own priorities straight, buddy.

Career and Education are more important (at least to me). Also, as he gets up in age there will be more females to males so he'll have good pickings.
