Think about what your answering..if someone gave you a steak..and then said ..oh i could give you lobster but i think I would rather keep that for me.. would you argue with them and say no give me that lobster.. geez..they just gave you a steak and you are a beggar usually meaning penniless.

It depends on the policy. The standard GL & E&O policies for beggers does have an exclusion on choosing or acting as a chooser. Most companies allow you to buy back the coverage for an additional premium. Pay the extra money and choose away with confidence!
