No, the Soldiers that participated in operation "Red Dawn" did not receive any monetary reward for the capture of Saddam.
Federal Law prohibits Soldiers from receiving monetary rewards, because it was their job. The reward was paid to an Iraq man that provided Saddam's location.

That reward was given out but it wasn't to a soldier. We captured him on intel provided by someone.

IN MOST CASES A REWARD IS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC----IF FOUND BY THE MILITARY BY CHANCE ---IT'S CONSIDERED A NORMAL COURSE OF MILITARY ACTION--A REWARD WOULD NOT BE PAID IN THIS CASE----UNLESS INFO WAS GIVEN BEFOREHAND TO THE MILITARY IN WHICH CASE THE REVEALER WOULD BE PAID ONLY---------

Military is not eligible for those rewards.

This is their job.
