I am experiencing female impotence. My boyfriend always wants to **** me and yes I love him but, I'm just not horny. Any advice to get me more sexually aroused?

I suggest to talk to you GYN to rule out any medical issues. Sometimes it is simply changing your birth control pills.

Sometimes you can be over stressed or too tired. Try getting some extra rest. Work on stress busters that work for you...exercise, walks, long bath, etc.

Explore new ways to get you in the mood. Maybe ask your boyfriend for a massage...there are books on sensual message. Try easy or simple things...small changes can be enough. Try wearing more sexy nightware...skip the flannel pjs and wear a spegetti strap gown.

Good luck!

You're not impotent just experiencing a lower sex drive. Has your desire decreased or does it just not match you bf's?
It is common for partners to have different desires. It sounds like you want more in your relationship than sex. His mind is focused on one thing. Talk to him, tell him that you enjoy sex but that you also like to do other things. Romance and sex are two totally different things. Challenge him to spend two days talking, cuddling and kissing for every time you have sex. If he doesn't go along with it... time to find a new guy.
Good luck!

First I don't know if I would call that impotence.

Second, I think your boyfriend mite be doing something wrong. Find out what you like and tell him/show him.

Communication is the key.

well then someone isn't touching your spots right . =)/
just kidding..there are many reasons for a woman to find it hard to be sexually aroused. and most of them are not physical..they are in your head dear. try going to a sex therapist and have them help you get to the root of the problem. good luck

Eat chocolate. Drink red wine. Eat oysters. Hmm..or does that only work for men?

Anyways, it might not be you. It could be your boy toy. Tell him to sex it up a little, if you know what I mean.

If you are on any medications talk with your pharmacist or Dr. Sometimes meds can be the cause.
