You were dumped by a text??? What were you thinking about, dating a text in the first place?

Breaking up on a text message is passive-aggressive. She has bad communicator written all over her. This one is best let go. You should find somebody who is a better communicator.

Best thing to do to help get over somebody is to work out - a lot! Get moving, get your body in shape, every time you think about her or feel the need to call her, drop and do 25 push-ups or something. Keep moving, stay active, get the endorphins going in your brain from physical activity. You'd be amazed at how good it works to keep your attitude sane.

Just sit and think what a lucky escape you had.

She is obviously a cold little cow and a coward to not even have the guts to tell you to your face.

Your worth much more, move on and find a nice girl, don't sit back feeling you've lost anything because you haven't, cold devious people like her you can do without in your life.

Good luck, go out and have fun, if she finds out your still shinning a torch for her, it will only boost her ego more than ever and she's just not worth it.

What you can do to get over her is to simply make up your mind that you've decided to BE over her. You can choose to sit around in your misery or just look at it as one of those bummer things that happen in life.
Many people now days don't seem to realize that they have the strength to decide to be in control of their own selves. Life isn't something that happens as if you were a little boat floating on the water and the waves just happen to you. You can control how you react to bummer things. Don't let the bummers rule you, rule them.
Be glad you didn't marry her and THEN have her dump you.

Have the "your date was a chump" revival system. Eat your favorite food, with your friends, while you talk about her faults and play a game or something. I know your friends will have some opinions, especially with the dumped by text thing.

Thins always feel worse at this time of year.

If this person thought it was okay to dump someone by text - then you are much better off without them.

Good luck for the new year.

As they say time heals all wounds. Go out with your friends try and have a good time.
Many people will say there is plenty more fish in the sea, this is true. You might even meet a new girl.
Good luck for the future.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

time will heal and also keep in mind that not all relationships are meant to be. ONLY ONE. this is not the ONE. clean up the clutter in your home, or room and stay focus on you and other things. That works for the majority of mature people anyway. Cleaning rids stress and keeps the mind focus and occupied. while cleaning you will probaly stumble over a old phone number "wink"
