You have a BMI of 21. 19 to 24 is normal. If you want to be thin you could go for a BMI of 20 at 130lbs or 19 at 125 lbs. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.
Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

From 122 up (122 lbs for your weight is BMI=18.5, aka the minimum).
But it doesn't make sense to lose or put up weight unless you know your body composition.
If you have unhealthy % of fat, you need to lose. If your percentage is healthy you can even gain weight (hopefully muscle).

You BMI is 21.3:
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So you are were you need to be.
